It's changed from listing blocked groups to this:
"Your connection is not secure
The owner of news.aioe.org has configured their website improperly. To
protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to
this website."
Why was this change made? Please put it back. It's not fair to have
undocumented access restrictions, especially not when rejected messages
can result in being locked out for 24 hours. We users need to know the
rules to be able to avoid accidentally breaking them.
