I have introduced some changes to the news server website.

1. The page about the terms of use has been modified and simplified.

2. A new page has been added that lists all the rules regarding the
consumption of system resources that users must respect

3. Some changes have been introduced to the page that lists all the IP

*No forgeries*
It's strictly forbidden to impersonate other users. This implies that
local clients can not use an email address already choosen by others,
regardless of whether it is valid or not.
So why are you allowing that American (California IP address:
199.116.127.107) to forge my name on your servers? He is using my email
because I have used it for several years. I have reported him to you
and on this newsgroup but it appears you have not taken any actions. He

I hope you will enforce your own terms because without proper
enforcements the terms are completely useless.

Sorry to hear that ITALY won't be in Russia next year for the football
World Cup 2018.

199.116.127.107) to forge my name on your servers? He is using my email
because I have used it for several years. I have reported him to you
and on this newsgroup but it appears you have not taken any actions. He
also goes by other names like: . . .
Paolo, please don't leave yourself open to nonstop bitching from Seamus.
He'll always test any rule and will probe until you find loopholes.

You can't like forgeries to all impersonations. A forgery has a well
understoond definition: If a given user uses an email address that's
exclusive to him on From in email or on Usenet, then use of that email
address on From by any other user is forgery.

You can't worry about other forms of impersonation. It's unenforceable.
Invalid email address like ***@somedomain.invalid are invalid and
not forgery when used by somebody else.

Please don't encourage anyone to send you abuse complaints because
articles were posted with an invalid email address on From that another
user claims to own. You'll be buried.
