ssl connections don't work

nntp.aioe.org SSL connections 563, 443, 22 don't work.

Ports 119, 80 work though.

Works for me.

Your software needs to support TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3 to connect with SSL/TLS.
TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are deprecated, and aioe does not support them.
