That's the reason its been down so long its being fixed so you can
crosspost to all newsgroup[s with no banned newsgroups and if there's
enough bandwidth hopefully binary newsgroups.

Apparently it has a new admin, the Easter Bunny. And when
Bunny is unavailable the Sugar Plum Fairy will deputise
for him.
