mozilla.* was a private hierarchy that was 'unofficially' propagated by
some site. I made it available because some of my feeds sent me messages
but I never understood who got them and how they did it.
Honestly, about mozilla.* I don't know more.
IMHO better, much better, a defunct hierarchy than an abandoned hierarchy.

As you have already been told, there are other groups that have mozilla
products as their topic, you should use these groups.
