Hi,
Has someone been spamming from my IP block (Shaw Communications, Canada)?
My IP is 70.79.163.252.
First I noticed suspicious "400 too much user CPU time" messages from
both NNTP servers yesterday.
The web site was still reachable.
Some time after that, IP silence.
